TWO STAR CHALLENGE 2star (RULES HERE ,WINNERS LIST HERE )

Awww the 13th challenge .. UNLUCKY ..but maybe not for all ..i bet somebody out there knows this tune really well and has own improvisations under the shower with the rubber duck as main audience!
OK can you NAME THE TUNE and get a nice 2 stars for you to keep?
or maybe you can tell me the singer's name?
either way spell it right please. wrong answers (including ones not spelled properly) lose you stars
